Bill Fleissner
Based in Omaha, Nebraska
Bill Fleissner is the Founder, President, and General Manager of Avionics Interface Technologies. Under his direction, AIT has developed a reputation for providing the highest technology and feature rich products with outstanding customer satisfaction, making AIT a leader in the avionics industry. Bill has designed and installed a wide variety of military test and simulation systems for the Department of Defense (DOD) and its contractors, including telemetry monitoring and launch control systems for the Tomahawk Cruise Missile Program; Atlas, Centaur, Titan, and Delta ELVs (Expendable Launch Vehicle - Rockets); the Consolidated Communications Facility at Johnson Space Center for the Shuttle and Space Station Freedom Programs; and many flight test applications for NASA and DOD programs, including missiles, rockets, military aircraft and satellite programs.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nebraska, and has pursued subsequent post graduate studies at UCSD (Univ. of California at San Diego), UCLA, MIT, and Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Ken Bisson
Based in East Hampstead, New Hampshire
Ken Bisson is co-founder of AIT and serves as our Executive Vice President of Sales. He has over 20 years experience in aerospace systems design and applications. Ken oversees AIT's international markets and works directly with international customers. He previously served as National Sales Manager for the Aerospace Division of SBS Technologies, Senior Application Engineer at AP Labs, and as principal engineer of Aerospace Systems at MIT Lincoln Laboratories.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

Tim Fleissner
Based in Omaha, Nebraska
Tim Fleissner has worked on several software applications for AIT, including our Flight Simulyzer 1553 GUI Analyzer software. He also provides direct customer support for our software applications. Before joining AIT, Tim worked with General Dynamics in Scottsdale, AZ.
Tim holds a degree in Electrical Engineering for the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.

Tony Ricker
Based in Beavercreek, Ohio
Tony Ricker has worked for AIT since 1998. Tony was instrumental in the development of our fcXplorer Fibre Channel Simulyzer software and worked to transition our MIL-STD-1553 boards to our innovative FPGA-based hardware architecture. He has also worked directly with customers to integrate AIT hardware and software to their existing applications, as well as custom solutions. Tony has been the primary point of contact at AIT for several programs, including COLT, RTCASS and LMSTAR.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University.

Leonard Schuler
Based in Mesa, Arizona
Leonard "Lennie" Schuler has worked at AIT since 2001. Lennie is responsible for technical sales in the western territory and is well versed with all AIT products and the MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429, ARINC 664, Fibre Channel, MIL-STD-1760E, TTEthernet and TTP protocols. He has extensive experience working directly with customers to integrate AIT hardware and software into existing applications, as well as field upgrades and training. Lennie has been AIT's primary point of contact for several major programs, including B1B WISARD, B2B Upgrade, AMRAM, COSMOS and JSF.
Lennie holds an AAS in Electronic Technology from Albuquerque Technical in New Mexico.

Troy Troshynski
Based in Omaha, Nebraska
Troy Troshynski joined AIT in 2002. He has over eight years of experience working with high speed avionics and data communications protocols. Troy has worked developing MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429 and ARINC 664 applications software. He has a wide background covering applications, device driver, and embedded real-time software development on a variety of operating systems.
Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Doane College in Crete, Nebraska, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Nathan Warden
Based in Beavercreek, Ohio
Nathan Warden joined AIT in 2006. His diverse experience in high speed and avionics communications covers engineering, field support, and production management. Nathan has software engineering and support experience working with a variety of avionics communications protocols including Fibre Channel, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429 and ARINC 664.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University.
