AIT provides the industry's most capable test, simulation and analysis hardware and software tools. Our Gigabit ARINC 664 network solutions offer a data rate ten times the industry standard.
AIT's innovative board design includes maximum processing capability, powerful memory resources, and customized ARINC 664p7 MACs. This provides users with optimum capability for demanding ARINC 664p7 applications. Our line of ARINC 664 part 7 products are implemented as dedicated cards or mezzanine cards (PMC) for embedded applications. PMC cards installed on our family of generic carriers provide highly flexible and modular solutions. The boards can be configured for standard ARINC 664p7 or for the Boeing 787 mode of operation. ARINC 664 is also used in the Airbus A350, A380, and A400M.
Each AIT ARINC 664p7 board includes two ARINC 664p7 ports that can be configured separately or as one dual redundant port. Each port can operate as a 10/100/1,000 Mbit full duplex Ethernet interface. The two ports can operate concurrently in Traffic Generator and Receiver/Monitor modes.
AIT’s ARINC 664p7 architecture is based on two field-proven FPGA hardware (NIOS) processors and large onboard memory to implement large receive buffers and complex Tx scenarios onboard. Two ARINC 664p7 SFPs implement two full duplex copper or fibre optic ports for connection to ARINC 664p7 networks.

AIT also offers Deterministic Time-Triggered Ethernet as a natural extension of ARINC 664p7. Deterministic TTEthernet schedules all data communication, transmits the schedule to all end systems and switches, and constantly synchronizes the clocks in all devices to offer "zero jitter" precision timing.
